| Our business hours
are 7 days a week, by appointment between 8-11 am & 4-6
pm. While our caregivers are with your pets on major holidays,
we do not accept pickup or delivery of pets on these days. |

| Our priority is
to care for your pets so we respectfully ask our clients to
observe our office hours and be patient with our phone coverage.
With careful phone monitoring, we will return your calls and
handle any emergencies as quickly as possible. Cancellations
for holiday scheduling and school breaks require a 1 week notice. |

| For the safety
and comfort of both dogs and children, we ask that your dogs
be leashed at all times and your childrean remain by your side. |
